Place was fairly clean and cosy! Staff were dedicated and immensely pleasant all the time. The food was fabulous with plenty of choice! Ideal location not too far from Marco Gonzalez Maya Site. Welcoming reception.

The staff was helpful, the hotel was clean and placed in a busy part of the city very close to the beach to Ramon's as well as the local airport. The pool was clean and I had hot drinks in the beer bar.

In relation to the good price paid, it was pleasant place to stay with excellent service. Booked the king room for 2 nights, everything was great and I loved hotel's location right on the beach. Had warm drinks in the wine bar.

I had a very comfortable stay. I appreciated the prime position of the hotel, the staff were VERY PROFESSIONAL. Breakfast was fine, lots of food, nice balcony. Coffee bar and amazing pool. Not to mention good wifi!

It was a really great experience. Staff and location were very good, I loved that. The pool was nice too. The hotel was a decent base for enjoying a fairly nice area, near to shore, great pier for fishing & snorkeling. The coffee bar was available on the premises.

just a walk down to the restaurant wine de vine. a private kitchen available. we would have stayed for longer.
